In May 2023, I launched a live event project called Twin Oak, a series of DIY shows hosted in my backyard and three-car garage. I self-funded the project and collaborated with a team of friends to build a stage, design a parking plan, and coordinate all aspects of the event. Our focus was on creating a welcoming community space with an emphasis on intentional detail and grassroots creativity.

First event organized through my project, Twin Oak. Gathered local artists and vendors and focused on every small detail. Built a stage, set up a parking plan, and coordinated safety and security throughout the event.

The second Twin Oak event sold over 140 tickets at the door. Got the chance to reorganize the space to better fit more numbers. Built a bonfire outside and sold s'mores and hot cider. All talent was MTSU-associated.

This event took place just one week after Over the Leaves, featuring all in-house talent, including a solo performance of my own music. It was a unique chance to promote an event on a tight timeline and build the creative concept under pressure.
